Christmas continues

This is a card for Merry Monday's Challenge #271 Embossing and Pixies Snippets Playground week 313 and 314 these are definitely snippets and CAS Mix up (Cling wrap, stamping and my choice- die cut and embossing)
I embossed a layer of Velum with the falling snow embossing folder and used glue dots to attach it to the card base.  I then used used a snippet of black and a snippet of a cling wrap background.
My snippets of the background are getting pretty small but I just can't throw them out, they're just way to pretty.
I sprinkled some white Frantage on the background and heat embossed from behind, and then heat embossed the sentiment on black using detail embossing powder.  The die cut village and trees are from Memory Box leaving a very small border of white.

Gorgeous winter scene Christine. LOVE that sweet snippet of cling wrap background. Just perfect. The vellum embossed layer gives a dreamy look and love the addition of the frantage to add even more falling snow. This would be perfect for the CAS Mix Up challenge if you'd like to enter there as well. xx

I love this little winter scene and beautiful colored background. The large space of the white embossed background makes the card take on a lot of snow softness. Beautiful design!

Gorgeous night sky cling wrap background, Christine. I love your black and grey tones and your sweet die cut village and black sentiment. I really want to try a cling wrap technique using the black Bisters you gave me. It really brings out the cling wrap textures. TFS and always inspiring us my friend. So pleased you are our GD on CAS Mix Up this month. Hugs

Simply GORGEOUS. This tiny scene really packs a punch, Brrrr. So smart to add your sentiment on the black card stock and I love the embossed vellum too.

It would be a shame to toss any of these wonderful backgrounds you've created. This one was just perfect for this frosty, snowstorm sky in the village of houses. I loved the falling snow frontage (no luck with that product!) and of course the embossing folder was perfect. Good idea with the vellum too. TFS &Hugs
